After the office confirmed our appointment, twice by email and twice via text reminders, we showed up only to be told we didn’t have an appointment. We were rescheduled weeks out with a different vet. The vet spent more time trying to sell us pet insurance than caring for our dog. We will not be returning after being clients for over 10 years.

Great techs so patient with my terrified cat. She is a rescue and very nervous. Two worked as a great team to sooth her and clip her nails

At least in our experience over the past 20 years, College Mall Vet is great. Some of the faces have changed, and we miss the excellent people who have moved on to do other things. But the people who have replaced them have consistently been excellent as well. We remain very confident in their abilities as veterinary professional, and we always leave our appointments feeling well-informed and well-cared for, despite the fact that we are admittedly (and fairly unapologetically) neurotic dog parents.

College mall that are great! I have always been able to get An appointment with very little fuss, sometimes within hours if it is an emergency. The staff are kind and courteous and really do have my cats best interest at heart. They are very upfront about what they will charge, but often come in under their estimate if they did not perform services.
